  Time  8.15am:  Entry payment. U10/U13 weigh-in to 8.45am
   8.30am: Entry to venue
   8.45am:  U10&U13 warm-up + novice randori to 9.30
9.15am: U16 weigh-in to 9.45am
9.30am:   U10 & U13 competition starts
10.30am: Young Men/Women weigh-in to 11am
11.00am:  Snr & O35yrs weigh-in to 11.30am
   
  Entry Fee Spectators:  $2.00 or $8 for a family 
White & Yellow belts with coach approval (Randori sessions): $10
     Competitors:   $15 pre-entry. $20 onthe day. Extra Division $5  
Pre-entry is particularly requested for U10yr & U13yr players so that we can start the event as early as possible

Entry Terms and Conditions
All competitors must be current JFA(NSW) members graded to yon-kyu (orange belt) and above verified by JFANSW State office or blue cards. Pre-entry by mail with payment 13th Feb  is preferred but entries will be allowed on the day.
Competition will be run in accordance with JFA Sporting code. Whilst all care will be exercised, entry is accepted on the basis that competitors and their parents/guardians fully and completely indemnify Samurai Judo Academy and all volunteers and officials of the Tournament Management Committee (TMC) in the case of any injury or illness.  TMC reserves the right to abandon/amalgamate any weight divisions where numbers are insufficient, with consultation made with coaches/parents as required. Pre-entry Nomination

We hope you will assist us to run this event efficiently by pre-entering
Club coaches/officials are requested to form with payment to Kas Pilarski, 25 Karloo St Shortland NSW 2307 to be received by Fri 13th Feb.
As a form of preparation for competition, there will be supervised randori sessions for novice players (white and yellow belts) with the approval of their coach. Awards will be given to outstanding performers.
